Friday, my favourite workday of the week.
It was a busy day working from home.
Later on, my two elder granddaughters came over and we headed out to the shopping centre. Their choice for dinner was a Thai restaurant.
It was a bit average, but that didn’t really matter. It was lovely to spend some time with them, especially as I hadn’t seen them for a couple of months.
After dinner, we had a look around the shops.
I bought the younger one a Jellycat and one of those fruit toffees on a stick.
Then into the supermarket and picked up a toiletries for the older granddaughter.
I tried suggesting a few different things, but cash is always nicer when you’re a teenager.
The older one had planned to go home for the night, so I dropped her home, while the younger one stayed with me.
We are going to watch a chosen zombie movie.
A nice way to finish off a lovely day with the girls.
