Slept in late for the first time in I can’t even remember how long, so that was nice.
Had a slow, easy morning, then went and got the kids and headed off for a drive.
Wandered down and collected some sea glass, had a look through a couple of overpriced op shops and, of course, didn’t buy anything. Sometimes it feels cheaper to just buy something brand new than second-hand these days.
Grabbed fish and chips for dinner, came home, and Mum called, so we FaceTimed with her for an hour or so.
Also got a friend request from someone I knew when I was about 15, so it was nice having a chat and catching up.
Now in bed, end of the day.
Simple, quiet, nice.
